Obviously, plaync don't give a <expletive> when it comes to dealing with their customers.
Several times over the course of 8 months, I diligently reported bugs, offensive freaks, flamers and generally unpleasant morons of all kinds.
In the end, I just gave it up, because I realized plaync don't care.
And here's my latest stuff u communication:
I directed plaync to delete an unused account because I knew they would keep harassing me to play that game as long as the game account existed. They claimed it was against security policy to do so. And when they sent me a "reminder email" begging me to come back to it, I submitted this petition:
Interestingly dispite playing Guildwars for 2years and subscibing to TR for over 6 months i havent recieved andy wind of the Trial codes and freebies that i will NOT be using.
In fact i have pretty much fully stopped playing MMO's post TR.
Mikame, me either. They sent me nothing. Wonder what the criteria is, I bet people who paid with timecards didn't "get the memo" but the ones who used a credit card, poof, give them time. It wouldn't surprise me at all.
